The College of Saint Elizabeth is a private Roman Catholic, coeducational, four-year, liberal arts college in Morris Township, Morris County, New Jersey, United States. It was founded in 1899.

Menurut Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan (Kemendikbud), awal mula sejarah bahasa Indonesia yaitu pada tanggal 28 Oktober 1928. Pada masa itu, para pemuda dari berbagai daerah di Indonesia berkumpul dalam suatu rapat dan berikrar: 1. Bertumpah darah yang satu, tanah Indonesia. 2. Berbangsa yang satu, bangsa Indonesia. 3. Menjunjung bahasa persatuan, bahasa Indonesia. Ikrar tersebut dikenal dengan Sumpah Pemuda. Pada unsur ketiga, disebutkan bahwa bahasa Indonesia adalah bahasa persatuan. Dengan kata lain, bahasa Indonesia adalah kunci terjalinnya komunikasi antar suku di Indonesia. Pada tanggal 18 Agustus 1945, akhirnya bahasa Indonesia dinyatakan kedudukannya sebagai bahasa Nasional bangsa Indonesia. Keputusan Kongres Bahasa Indonesia II pada tahun 1945 di Medan, menyatakan bahwa bahasa Indonesia tumbuh dan berkembang dari bahasa Melayu selaku bahasa penghubung di hampir seluruh Asia Tenggara yang sudah dipakai sejak abad ke-7.
